lx188 is committed to operating responsibly and may require Members to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including but not limited to: before processing the first withdrawal, when cumulative withdrawals exceed certain thresholds, or when lx188 has reason to verify a Member's identity, age, or source of funds.

5.1 Deposits. All deposits to your lx188 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. lx188 does not charge Members for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own fees. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation of receipt by lx188's payment processor. lx188 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or public holidays in Indonesia.
Minimum deposit: Rp 20.000. Maximum deposit per transaction: Rp 50.000.000. Higher limits may be negotiated for VIP members via our support team.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed during operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB, seven days a week). lx188 targets completion of all withdrawal requests to local Indonesian banks and e-wallets within five (5) minutes of approval during operating hours, subject to KYC clearance and any applicable bonus wagering requirements having been met.
Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Rp 100.000.000. Withdrawals in excess of this threshold may be processed in multiple tranches.
5.3 Currency. All Account Balances, transactions, and displayed odds on lx188 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). lx188 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any funds deposited in a foreign currency will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate determined by lx188, which may differ from interbank rates.
5.4 Refused or Reversed Transactions. lx188 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity; (b) KYC requirements have not been met; (c) the payment method does not match the account holder's name; or (d) a chargeback or dispute has been filed in relation to a prior transaction.
lx188 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general provisions of this clause.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All sports bets placed on lx188 are subject to the odds available at the time the bet is confirmed. lx188 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion — including, without limitation, bets placed on events where pricing errors have occurred, where match integrity is in question, or where a Member's account is under review.
7.2 Odds and Results. lx188 uses official results from the relevant governing body of each sport to settle bets. For football markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and international competitions such as the AFF Cup and FIFA World Cup — settlement is based on the result at the end of normal playing time (90 minutes) unless otherwise stated. Asian handicap (voor bola) and mix parlay markets follow standard international rules as specified in the individual market descriptions on the Platform.
7.3 Slot and Casino Games. All slot titles and live casino games on lx188 are operated using certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical dealing equipment managed by our studio partners including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures for all slot games are theoretical averages calculated over millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
7.4 Togel and Numbers Games. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results on lx188 are sourced from officially published draw outcomes. lx188 assumes no liability for discrepancies between results published by third-party data providers and the official draw operator.
7.5 System Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game round or sports event, lx188 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the wager to the Member's Account Balance. lx188 will not honor bets or payouts generated as a result of a system error, regardless of the displayed outcome.
7.6 Maximum Payout. A single-event maximum payout of Rp 500.000.000 applies across all sports and casino markets unless a higher limit has been agreed in writing with lx188. lx188 reserves the right to split payment of any amount exceeding this threshold across multiple payment cycles.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lx188 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or the Services — including but not limited to losses arising from:
lx188's total aggregate liability to any individual Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to lx188 in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits lx188's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.1 Termination by Member. You may close your lx188 Account at any time by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or live chat. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their normal terms and any real-money Balance (net of applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days.
12.2 Termination by lx188. lx188 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — if lx188 determines, in its sole and reasonable judgment, that a Member has: breached any provision of these Terms; engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct; failed to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable period; or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, all Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real-money Balance may be returned subject to lx188's right to deduct any amounts owed to lx188 arising from the breach. lx188 will retain all transaction and activity records for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, as required for audit and compliance purposes.
lx188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, lx188 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where reasonably practicable, notify Members via email or an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account.
